Prices:

Prices vary with the seasons and are per person, based on a standard occupancy of 2 people. Each additional person costs only 50€.

Surcharge for single occupancy of double rooms: 30€.

Surcharge for short stay 1 night: 10€.

Cancellations and advance payments: 
Up to 7 days before arrival a change or cancellation of your booking is possible free of charge. For cancellations after this period we charge 50% of the booked package. In the event of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the tour price.
In order to prevent unpleasant cancellation costs, we recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance. We are happy to help you with this.

 

Prices for children: 
Children up to 4 years stay free. Children between 4 and 14 years pay 30€ per night. From 14 years we charge 50€ per additional person

 

Pets: 
Well-behaved and clean dogs are very welcome. So that other guests do not feel disturbed, we would ask you not to take your companion into the breakfast room during breakfast, if possible. For dogs we charge 10,00 € per night.

Payment: 
You are welcome to pay your invoice in cash (up to a maximum amount of € 2,999.99), by EC card, Visa or Mastercard.
Bookings only become valid after receipt of a written confirmation.

 

Local tax:
The prices do not include the local tax of € 1,35 per person per day. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.

 

Smoking: 
Smoking is forbidden in all rooms and areas. 

Rest periods: 
From 22.00 h we ask B&B and restaurant guests to respect the night's rest.
