In accordance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL, we inform you that we process personal data of customers and suppliers, as well as data of persons who voluntarily provide our company with their personal data (in person, by telephone, fax or e-mail) and by registering on our website, as well as of persons whose data have been taken over by third parties, for example in the collection of external data for business information, public directories, etc., in the latter case being exclusively personal data of a common/ordinary nature.
Our company guarantees, within the framework of the legal requirements, that the processing of personal data will be carried out in compliance with the fundamental rights and freedoms as well as the dignity of the person concerned, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.
Aims and purposes of data processing:

Rights of the data subject:

The data subject has the right to update, rectify and supplement his/her data and to request that the data be deleted, blocked and transformed into anonymous data if the processing violates statutory provisions. He has the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, all or part of the processing of his data and without legitimate reason, if the data is used for the purpose of commercial information, sending advertising material, direct sales, market research and opinion polling.
